I architected Telegram bot servers mapped directly to Google Sheets APIs. This automated the satisfaction surveys for 500+ childcare workers, replacing all manual entry with a secure, Telegram ID-based verification protocol. Allowed stakeholders to see reporting metrics instantly upon survey completion.
